GP 100 contains four kinds of functional proteases effectively targeting a broad range of feed protein sources. Through four years of R&D work and forty-nine technical procedures, GP100 aims to maximize the nutritional values of feeds.
Alkaline protease, also known as serine protease. There are two common ones, one is Novo protease and the other is Carsberg protease, which are similar in nature and structure, containing 275 and 274 amino acid residues, respectively, and are composed of a polypeptide chain. It is stable at pH6 to 10 and rapidly inactivated below 6 or above 11. Its active center contains serine, so it is called serine protease. It not only hydrolyzes peptide bonds, but also hydrolyzes amide bonds, ester bonds, and transesters and transpeptides. Due to the specificity of the enzyme, it can only hydrolyze proteins and cannot act on starch, fat and other substances
